We are a small family run business and we started www.southfrancevillas.com specialising in rentals of beautiful, high-quality properties in the Languedoc, Provence and the Côte d’Azur (South of France) We have now expanded our Portfolio to Morocco, and particularly Marrkech. 

We have a small but completely unique selection of luxury Riads and Villas in Marrakech which do not work with any other agencies, and which mostly belong to French owners so you will only find them on www.moroccanvillas.com.  It is a new and exciting time to be branching out into a country which has undergone a huge transformation recently and which has so much to offer to tourists.

Ben and Alissa Knight, having worked for two large UK tour operators as Regional Reps, decided to set up www.southfrancevillas.com and go it alone in 2000. Having had professional careers in tourism for over 10 years they have plenty of experience in assessing the properties and writing descriptions - which should include the weak points as well as the strong!

It is terribly important that holiday makers do not end up holidaying at a property which is not right for them. We understand both the needs of the Holiday Maker and the Property Owner alike, and we aim to satisfy both.

We also have two 'hands on' Overseas Consultants- Yvonne Nicklin and Alex Lambert.

The house was like something out of a film set and I've put on half a stone in weight no thanks to Zohra's breakfasts! She gave us a bottle of champagne for my birthday on Monday and I'm guessing that was down to you, so thankyou for arranging it - we enjoyed a glass in the evening after driving up to Ourigane and having mint tea in a Berber house, lunch at The Roseraie and riding horses in the mountains. It really was a perfect birthday. Our suitacases were so full of purchases that we only just made it back without paying excess baggage!
