-Payment- 30% deposit upon booking. The remaining 70% is due 8 weeks before arrival date: .

-Arrival & Departure- Changeover day is Saturdays or Sunday. Arrival at 3pm. Departure no later than 11am (Luggage can be left at the property of the Domaine at your own risk if you arrive early or leave later, but the house must be vacated). Late arrival possible only by prior arrangement. Minimum rental period is 7 days. Airport transfers are included. You must respect the rules, regulations and infrastructures, of the property, which must be respected during your stay

-Breakage Deposit- €2000 euros cheque breakages deposit or equivalent to be sent with the final payment, returned less deductions for any breakages on morning of departure.

-Telephone Line- Broadband Internet access is available

-Electricity- Electricity is included in the rent.

-Non-electric Heating- The pool can be heated for a supplemental charge

-Bedlinen & towels- All bed-linen and towels are included in the rent. Linen for babies/young children is also included. Washing and dry cleaning service is available (supplement)

-Cleaning- Cleaning is included in the rent. However, while you are therefore not expected to hoover and mop everywhere, you are expected to leave kitchen appliances (ie. oven and fridge), and bathroom appliances clean, and not to leave litter in the courtyard. If the house is left in an unacceptable state, further monies may be retained from the breakages deposit.

-Pets- Pets are not allowed.

-Max party size- 8/8
The owner is entitled to ask you to leave the property without any refund if the number of occupants exceeds 8. The rent is for up to 8 People.

-Other- Fire: This is a region which has a high fire risk. It is forbidden to start fires anywhere in the property. Only light BBQs in the area designated for this purpose. Swimming pool Safety: The owner is not responsible for any bodily injury next to or in the swimming pool. Children must be surveyed at all times. Only clients and owners have permanent access to the Domaine. Clients must let the guardian know in advance if any visitors are expected. An identity check may be carried out by the guardian. The guardian/owner's representative maintain the right to refuse entry without justification. Same rules apply to the signatory of the contract as to their external visitors and they agree to abide by the rules of the property. No arrivals for external visitors after 10 pm for security reasons. You may be requested to pay a small tourist tax locally. Jurisdiction pertaining to any aspect of the villa/riad rental (as opposed to the booking) is to be settled by the Moroccan courts (Morocco).
